Cyber Essentials 2026: Choose the Applicable Question Set
Use IASME’s published Willow and Danzell preparation material to define scope and organise evidence for the applicable assessment.

Choose the applicable question set
IASME's published preparation material distinguishes Willow, for purchases before 27 April 2026, from Danzell, for purchases from that date. Confirm the question set and requirements document applicable to your assessment with your certification body.
Prepare evidence against the actual requirements
Use the official question set and requirements document to define scope. Record which devices, accounts and services are included, the evidence available, and any unresolved questions. Avoid relying on an older generic summary of control changes.
Readiness and certification
asitplan can help organise relevant asset information, technical evidence and follow-up actions. A readiness view is not a certificate. Cyber Essentials certification uses the scheme's process; Cyber Essentials Plus adds an independent technical assessment.
A useful next step
Review your scope with the person responsible for certification. Identify missing evidence, assign actions and agree how progress will be checked. Our Cyber Essentials readiness page shows the product's supporting role. The planning checklist provides a reusable evidence and action worksheet.
