Questions before you get started

Understand scope, responsibilities and the next step before you enquire.

Is a partner trial available from this page?

This page invites a partnership discussion. It does not activate a trial. The asitplan team and distributor will discuss your requirements and the appropriate access and onboarding route.

What should we prepare for a customer pilot?

Agree the customer and sites in scope, assessment responsibilities, available evidence and the decision the pilot should support. Discuss account setup and integrations before any customer data is connected.

How are customer responsibilities agreed?

Decide who collects evidence, reviews findings, approves investment and owns actions. A shared platform supports that work; it does not replace the customer’s governance or the provider’s professional judgement.

How do we arrange a demo or get access?

Request a demo with your organisation and priorities. The asitplan team reviews the enquiry and passes relevant details to our distributor for the appropriate partner or direct route. Scope, pricing and onboarding are discussed before access is arranged.

Can we work with our existing IT provider?

Tell us who you already work with when you enquire. Our distributor can coordinate the next step. The website does not automatically assign a provider or change your existing arrangements.

What should we prepare for onboarding?

Identify the organisations and sites in scope, the people who own decisions, your available asset information and the frameworks you want to assess. Discuss any integrations or Windows-agent requirements before enabling them.
