Start with a free technology health check

Answer a short questionnaire about your technology and security readiness. Get an indicative score and suggested next steps based on your answers, without committing to the platform.

Start the free health check

Know what happens next

  • Review your result and suggested priorities.
  • Optionally request an emailed report.
  • Contact us if you want to discuss a full audit or platform access.

The result depends on your answers. It is not a full audit, security certification or guarantee that your systems are secure.

Optional checks, separate from the questionnaire

Domain security check

Inspect email-security records to identify configuration risks. A check does not fix settings or prevent spoofing by itself.

Explore the domain check

External port check

Check common exposed ports only on a public IP you own or have permission to assess. This is not a penetration test.

Before you get started

Understand access, demos and the difference between a quick health check and the full platform.

Read our privacy policy and data-processing information, or contact us about onboarding and security questions.

What does asitplan do?

asitplan is IT audit and strategy software. It brings structured assessments, asset information, evidence and costed roadmaps together. Your team or IT provider uses those findings to make and deliver technology decisions; a health check is not a substitute for a full audit.

Who is the platform for?

Schools and multi-academy trusts, businesses, and IT providers. The same platform supports different responsibilities and frameworks; education-specific standards are not presented as requirements for every business.

How do I get access, pricing or a demo today?

Contact us with your organisation and requirements. We review sales and demo enquiries and pass them to our distributor, who can connect you with a suitable partner or handle larger customers directly. Submitting an enquiry does not book a demo or activate an account.

Can I use asitplan through an IT partner?

Yes. Tell us whether you already work with a partner when you enquire. Our distributor will coordinate the appropriate route. The IT provider pathway describes the platform for providers; it is separate from a customer requesting a partner-led demo.

What is free, and what does the health check include?

The free health check is an around-five-minute questionnaire with an indicative score and suggested next steps based on your answers. Optional domain and port checks are separate tools. Neither is a certification or a full security assessment, and neither makes the full platform free.

When will instant self-sign-up be available?

Instant self-sign-up for organisations with fewer than 50 assets is coming soon. It is not available yet, and we are not publishing a guaranteed date. For access, onboarding, pricing or 50 or more assets, contact us.

Who do we ask when school IT needs a decision?

A teacher needs a new app. The office needs a replacement laptop. A parent asks about online safety. These requests may all involve IT, but they need different people to help.

Practical guide

Where are the school laptops, and are they ready to use?

You find the laptop, but its charger is missing. Another one has gone to a different classroom. A simple equipment list can make it easier to prepare lessons and decide what the school needs to buy.
