Reporting & Oversight

Give leadership a clear view of evidence and priorities

Bring assessment findings, improvement plans and progress into a report that helps leaders understand what is known and what needs a decision.

The health check is an indicative questionnaire. Request a demo to discuss the full platform.

Evidence to bring together

  • The assessment scope, answers and supporting evidence.
  • Reviewed findings, unknowns and not-assessed areas.
  • Roadmap priorities, cost assumptions and recorded progress.

Outputs for the discussion

  • A leadership summary with a defined scope.
  • Findings that retain review and not-assessed states.
  • Priorities and decisions to discuss at the next review.

A report should explain its evidence

The example keeps reviewed findings and not-assessed areas visible. That context matters more than a completion percentage on its own.

The view uses demonstration data. A report is not independent assurance, a certificate or proof that every control has been tested.

From evidence to a useful review

  1. Step 1

    Agree the audience

Define what school or business leaders, trustees or customers need to understand and decide.

  2. Step 2

    Review the evidence

Check scope and findings. Keep missing evidence visible and separate estimates from confirmed costs.

  3. Step 3

    Discuss the next action

Use the report with the roadmap to agree responsibilities and revisit progress at the next review.

Questions before you get started

Understand scope, responsibilities and the next step before you enquire.

Does a report certify that our systems are secure?

No. A report summarises the assessment and evidence supplied. Scope, missing information and professional review determine what conclusions can be supported.

Can missing evidence appear as a positive result?

It should remain unknown or not assessed. Review the evidence behind every finding before using it in a leadership or customer discussion.

What should we prepare for onboarding?

Identify the organisations and sites in scope, the people who own decisions, your available asset information and the frameworks you want to assess. Discuss any integrations or Windows-agent requirements before enabling them.
